1Agreement and Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet at Online Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the player and Online Bet as the platform operator.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register or use the Online Bet platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. Online Bet will notify registered players of material changes to these Terms via email or an in-platform notification.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by Online Bet, including sports betting, live casino, cricket betting, Teen Patti, Aviator, fishing games, and all future products added to the platform.
2Eligibility and Registration
To open an account at Online Bet, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age. Online Bet does not knowingly accept registrations from minors. If we discover that an account is operated by someone under 18, it will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending an investigation.
- Provide accurate and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and active email address.
- Not already hold an existing Online Bet account. Each individual is permitted only one account. Duplicate accounts created to circumvent suspensions, claim bonuses multiple times, or for any other reason are prohibited.
- Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
- Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Online Bet.
Online Bet reserves the right to request identity verification at registration or at any later stage. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time specified will result in account suspension until verification is complete.
Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms. Accounts found to contain fraudulent registration information will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
3Account Security and Password Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Online Bet account login credentials. Online Bet will never contact you to ask for your password. Do not share your password with anyone, and do not use public or shared devices to access your Online Bet account without logging out completely after each session.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Online Bet support immediately via live chat or email at support@onlinebet.life. We will investigate promptly and take appropriate protective action, which may include temporarily freezing the account.
Online Bet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have shared your credentials voluntarily or failed to maintain reasonable password security. We strongly recommend using a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform.
Any activity carried out through your login credentials is considered to have been authorised by you unless you have notified Online Bet of unauthorised access before the activity occurred.
4Deposits and Payment Methods
Online Bet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are currently supported:
- JazzCash mobile wallet
- Easypaisa mobile wallet
- NayaPay digital wallet
- SadaPay digital wallet
- Bank transfer (IBFT) from any Pakistani bank
- Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks
Deposits are credited to your Online Bet account immediately or within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment processor. Online Bet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
All payment methods used at Online Bet must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from an account held in someone else's name — are not permitted. Online Bet reserves the right to return funds and request re-deposit from a compliant payment source when third-party payments are identified.
Online Bet does not accept cryptocurrency payments at this time.
5Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests at Online Bet are processed to payment methods that have previously been used to make a deposit on the account. This policy exists to prevent fraud and to ensure funds are returned to their legitimate source.
Standard withdrawal processing timelines at Online Bet are as follows:
- Standard accounts: 30–60 minutes
- Silver VIP: 20–40 minutes
- Gold VIP: 15–25 minutes
- Diamond VIP: Under 10 minutes
- Platinum VIP: Under 5 minutes, available 24/7
There is no minimum withdrawal amount designed to trap funds within the platform. However, withdrawals of amounts significantly below Rs 500 may be subject to processing review to prevent microwithdrawal abuse.
Online Bet does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. All amounts are transferred in PKR with no currency conversion.
Online Bet reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of identity or payment verification. We will notify you immediately if additional documentation is required and will process the withdrawal as soon as verification is satisfactorily completed.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited directly are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time. The online bet balance display distinguishes between real-money and bonus funds in your account.
6Betting Rules and Settlement
All bets placed at Online Bet are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or event market. The following general principles apply across all betting at Online Bet:
- Confirmed bets are binding. Once you have confirmed a bet at Online Bet and received a bet ID, the bet is binding regardless of any subsequent odds change. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation except through the Cash Out feature where applicable.
- Minimum bet amount: Rs 100 for sports markets. Rs 50 for live casino table games and game shows.
- Palpable errors: Online Bet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at obviously incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error in pricing. We will notify affected players and refund the stake.
- Match abandonment: If a sporting event is abandoned before the minimum playing time threshold specified for that sport, bets will be voided and stakes refunded. Bets on events that have already been determined before abandonment may be settled at Online Bet's discretion according to sport-specific rules.
- Void markets: Where a specific market is voided — for example, a player prop bet on an athlete who did not play — the stake is refunded in full.
- Settlement timing: Most bets at Online Bet are settled within minutes of an event conclusion. Complex markets and those requiring official result confirmation may take longer. The settlement timeline is displayed in the bet history section of your account.
In the event of a discrepancy between what you see on screen and what is recorded in the Online Bet system, the system record will be treated as authoritative. If you believe a settlement is incorrect, contact support within 48 hours of settlement and we will review the bet.
7Live Betting and Cash Out
Live in-play betting at Online Bet is subject to all general betting rules plus the following specific conditions:
- Live odds are updated continuously and may be suspended briefly around significant match events — goals, wickets, red cards. Online Bet is not obligated to accept bets during market suspension periods.
- Bets placed on incorrect live odds due to a delay in the score feed may be voided at Online Bet's discretion where the outcome was already determined at the time of placement.
- The Cash Out feature allows you to settle an open bet before the event concludes. The Cash Out value offered reflects the current market price and may be less than, equal to, or greater than your original stake. Cash Out is not available on all markets and the feature may be suspended during certain match events.
- Online Bet is not liable for Cash Out being unavailable at a specific moment, including during technical issues or market suspension.
8Bonuses and Promotions
Online Bet offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to the welcome deposit match, reload bonuses, free bets, and loyalty cashback. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses at Online Bet:
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific requirement is displayed for each promotion at the time of claiming. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
- Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your Online Bet balance. Wagering requirements must be completed using real-money funds or bonus funds as specified in the promotion details.
- Each Online Bet account is eligible for the welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or referral misuse will result in account suspension.
- Online Bet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from an account where abuse is suspected — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting using platform funds, and coordinated activity across multiple accounts.
- Bonuses have an expiry period. Unclaimed or unplayed bonus funds after the expiry date are forfeited. The expiry date is displayed in your Online Bet account bonus section.
- Online Bet may modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered.
If you have an active bonus balance, this does not restrict your ability to withdraw your real-money balance. Only bonus funds and winnings derived from uncompleted wagering requirements are subject to withdrawal restrictions.
9VIP Club and Loyalty Points
The Online Bet VIP Club operates across four tiers: Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Platinum. Points are earned on all real-money wagering activity at Online Bet according to the earn rates published in the VIP Club section. The current earn rates are:
- Sports betting: 5 points per Rs 100 wagered
- Live casino games: 8 points per Rs 100 wagered
- Other game categories: Earn rate displayed at point of play
Points earned from bonus funds do not count toward VIP tier thresholds. Points are credited to your Online Bet loyalty balance within 24 hours of a bet settling.
Online Bet reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, earn rates, and benefits without prior notice. Changes will be communicated to existing VIP members by email. Players who have achieved a VIP tier will retain it for the remainder of the calendar month in which they qualified plus the following full calendar month.
10Live Casino Rules
All Live Casino games at Online Bet are operated by professional third-party studio providers. The following rules apply in addition to the general terms:
- The outcome of all live casino games is determined by real physical events managed by human dealers — card draws, roulette spins — and is not influenced by Online Bet's software.
- In the event of a technical failure during a live casino round — including stream disconnection or software malfunction — bets placed before the failure will be settled according to the outcome determined from the dealer's physical table. Where this is not possible to verify, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
- Chat facilities in live casino games are subject to the same conduct standards as the rest of the platform. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language in the dealer chat will result in chat access suspension and may result in account suspension.
- Game-specific rules for each Live Casino title are displayed within the game interface before play begins. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game they choose to play at Online Bet.
11Responsible Gaming
Online Bet takes responsible gaming seriously. We offer a range of tools to help players manage their activity on the platform:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Changes to lower a limit take effect immediately. Requests to raise a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Session time alerts: Receive a notification after playing for a set duration to help you manage how long you spend on the platform in a single session.
- Cooling-off periods: Request a temporary exclusion from betting and gaming activity for a period of your choice — typically 24 hours up to 6 months. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit, bet, or access games at Online Bet.
- Self-exclusion: If you feel that gambling has become a problem, you may request permanent self-exclusion from Online Bet. This is an irreversible action for a minimum period of 5 years. Contact support at support@onlinebet.life to initiate the process.

12Fraud and Prohibited Activity
The following activities are strictly prohibited at Online Bet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner
- Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system glitches to generate artificial profit
- Collusion between accounts — whether known to each other or organised — to manipulate market outcomes or share bonus benefits
- Match fixing, insider betting, or placing bets on events where you have access to material non-public information
- Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulent payment methods to fund an Online Bet account
- Bonus abuse including systematic bonus hunting, matched betting using platform funds, or creating multiple accounts to claim promotions
- Money laundering or using Online Bet for any activity that violates Pakistani financial regulations
Online Bet employs fraud detection systems that monitor betting patterns, account behaviour, and payment activity. Accounts flagged by these systems may be subject to manual review. During a review, the account may be placed in a restricted state and withdrawals may be delayed pending investigation outcome.
13Account Suspension and Closure
Online Bet may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Failure to complete satisfactory identity or payment verification within the specified timeframe
- A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement direction requiring account restriction
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months. Players will be notified before an inactive account is closed and given an opportunity to log in and reactivate it.
- Player request — you may request account closure at any time by contacting Online Bet support.
If your Online Bet account is suspended or closed for a reason other than self-exclusion or player request, we will notify you within 24 hours and provide a reason where permitted to do so. Legitimate account balances, net of any outstanding bonus obligations, will be refunded to your verified payment method following any investigation period required by our compliance procedures.
14Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, and brand assets on the Online Bet platform are the intellectual property of Online Bet or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, or commercially exploit any element of the Online Bet platform without prior written permission.
This includes but is not limited to the Online Bet brand name, logo, the platform interface, game assets, and any data feeds or odds provided through the platform.
15Limitation of Liability
Online Bet's liability to any player is limited to the value of funds held in that player's Online Bet account at the time any dispute arises. Online Bet is not liable for:
- Losses arising from your betting or gaming decisions, regardless of the information or tools available to you through the platform
- Interruptions to service caused by events outside Online Bet's reasonable control, including power failures, internet outages, or third-party payment processor downtime
- Actions taken by third parties using your account credentials where you have failed to maintain adequate security
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity resulting from use or inability to use the Online Bet platform
Nothing in these Terms limits Online Bet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
16Privacy and Data Protection
Online Bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an Online Bet account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Key principles of how Online Bet handles your data:
- Your personal information is used only for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying identity, preventing fraud, and communicating with you about your Online Bet account.
- Online Bet does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
- Data is stored securely with SSL encryption and access controls appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
- You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of your account data by contacting support@onlinebet.life.
17Amendments to These Terms
Online Bet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Minor amendments — such as clarifications or corrections that do not materially affect player rights — may be made without prior notice.
Material amendments — those that significantly change your rights, obligations, or the products available to you — will be communicated to registered Online Bet account holders via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process may be referred to appropriate legal channels available in Pakistan.
